Submissions will be in electronic format only, and should be under
2 minutes in length. Submissions longer than 2 minutes may be excerpted or removed from consideration. No submissions longer than 5 minutes please.
Video clips should be transferred via FTP. Submitted clips must
be uploaded to our FTP server. After you go through the form on
the "Submit" page, login info for the FTP server will be given
to you. You must use an FTP program to upload your clip, it can
not be done directly through your browser. If you don't have an
FTP client, you can find one at download.com
or tucows.com.
Clips should be formatted NTSC, and non-streaming only. Please do not upload 'preview' or 'thumbnail' movies. Clips should
be HI-REZ, suitable for screening on a large projection, in 4x3
ratio (not anamorphic).
Our ideal clip format is below, but at least make sure that your clip is submitted in a high quality format such as DV, MPEG2, MPEG4, losless compressed AVI (HuffYUV) or like.
